We publish information on ‘Trusted Renting Housing’ that is registered with prefectural and city governments as rental accommodation which is available to the elderly, disabled, foreigners and families raising children, as well as information on cooperating real estate agents that conduct intermediary services for Trusted Renting Housing, and the housing support etc. provided by local public authorities and private organizations such as NPOs.
The aim is for the information displayed on the Trusted Housing Net to play a part in the Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport’s policy to promote the smooth occupancy of those who are elderly or disabled etc. For detailed housing information, please contact the cooperating agents directly.
When there is no housing or support information available, only a list of participating real estate agents (cooperating agents) is registered. Information will be added as it becomes available.
